Kourtney Kardashian is flaunting her bikini body on the cover of OK! magazine this week. Her post baby body is looking great! Not only does she share how she went from 140 to 95 lbs but she talks about her diet and tips too. Here are the highlights:
On her weight-loss secret after giving birth to son Mason: “Because I’m nursing, I have to eat constantly. So when we’re filming I tell everyone, ‘Remind me that I’m hungry.’ And if it’s a snack, I try to make healthier choices.”
On her diet vices: “I’ll eat Oreo Double Stufs, but I’ll have two instead of eating a box of them. And I love chips! I like Sour Cream & Onion Ruffles and [my boyfriend] Scott always buys me the mini Hostess Donettes because I’m obsessed with them.”
On her slimming-down tips: “Little meals throughout the day are realistic for people to follow. Try to get workouts in. It’s always so hard to start [a weight-loss plan] and get into it, but I think it’s a positive thing that everyone should try to do for themselves.”
